Penn Apartment Staffing is seeking to fill a Porter/Groundskeeper position at an apartment community near 249 & 1960 area for a Penn Apartment Staffing is seeking fire watchers to monitor apartment communities overnight. This person would patrol common areas, complete walk-through reports, report to 9-1-1 if a fire breaks out, and direct residents when systems (elevators, gates, fire sprinklers) are down. JOB DESCRIPTION: This person would conduct walk throughs and keep a detailed log of common areas (pool/ spa, staircases, gyms, club house, parking lots, mail area, breezeways, etc.) and report to 9-1-1 and the community supervisor if anything is out of the ordinary or irregular. This person is also responsible for ensuring windows, doors, and entrances to common areas are secured and would report any other significant incidents, injuries, power failures, security breaches, etc. to appropriate supervisors.
