Established by Rick and Jan Penn, Penn Apartment Staffing has become the trusted leader in temporary and permanent placement positions for the multi-family property management industry.

One area that truly sets Penn Apartment Staffing apart from other placement agencies is their commitment to training and education. Jan says, “In addition to Fair Housing Training, we also provide leasing training for candidates who are new to property management. Our training programs are specialized for positions within multi-family property management. Internally, our staffing coordinators and management staff have years of industry-related experience and have been recognized with designations including CAS, CAM, CAMT and NALP. All of our internal staffing personnel are also required to complete the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) through the American Staffing Association.”
